Herbalism, sometimes called botanical medicine or phytomedicine, is the practice of using plant parts — roots, stems, bark, leaves, flowers, seeds — to reduce pain, bring you comfort, and improve overall quality of life.
Bodywork
Our expert practitioners provide therapeutic practice of massage to address your unique needs. Through skilled physical manipulation and nurturing touch, our bodywork sessions aim to release tension, promote relaxation, and enhance energy flow.

What to Expect
First come, first serve. No Appointments.
New clients, plan for at least 90 minutes. Herbalist consult is 30 minutes + 30 minutes to fill order + massage & wait time.
Follow up clients, plan for at least 45 minutes. Consult 15 minutes + 15 minutes to fill order + massage & wait time.
